Marinated Baked Chicken with Panko

  1. Marinate chicken parts in Coconut Chili Lime Sauce
  2. After a few hours take out marinated chicken and coat with Panko
  3. Season coated chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper
  4. Bake at 4oo until done
  5. Enjoy fresh – good as leftovers also


Ginger Mustard Salad Dressing

  1. Tblsp Sesame oil
  2. 0.5 – 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  3. 0.5 tsp Rice wine vinegar
  4. 1 tsp Ginger mustard
  5. throw in some sesame seeds and toss with a salad of red lettuce, Asian pears and walnuts
