- The Calling Service by Company Mobility integrates automatically with your scheduling software and with your practice management software
- The Calling Service by Company Mobility can automatically integrate with your Accounts Receivables to automatically contact overdue accounts
- The Calling Service provides detailed call reports informing you whether the client or patient contacted:
- Answered and listened to the whole call
- Answered and hung listened to for a particular duration
- Not answered at all and went to voice mail
- Also, the Calling Service by Company Mobility gives your customers the option that when they are contacted by the service, whether or not they would like to be connected to a live operator at your office with the push of a button
- Coming soon, the Calling Service by Company Mobility will be able to give detailed SMS reports to your cellular phone, or automatically send your customers their reminders via SMS
